On October 12, Mr. Wang Lin, President of Poly International Holdings Co., Ltd along with Vice President Huang Geming and Assistant President Miao Zechun met Ilya Gudkov, general director of FTI “Rostransmodernizatsiya”, Anton V.Borisevich, the first Deputy General director of State Transport Leasing Company and Gediminas Ziemelis, Chairman of Avia Solutions Group. During the meeting, they had a fruitful talk on Lavna coal wharf project in Murmansk and signed a cooperative agreement between the two sides.

During the talk, the Russian party appreciated the rich experience of Poly International Holdings Co. Ltd in international infrastructure construction projects and expressed their willingness to deepen cooperation in this area. The two sides had in-depth discussion on the cooperative pattern, design and financing of the wharf project and finally signed the cooperative agreement.

The coal wharf project is an important part of the transportation program of Russian federal Government. When completed, it will be able to promote the trade links between China and Russia.
