POLY INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZES TRAINING ON THE TOPIC OF “A BUSINESS
PERSON'S GUIDE TO LEGAL MATTERS IN PROJECT FINANCE TRANSACTIONS”

In the morning of October 21st 2016, Poly International holds training on the topic of “A Business Person's Guide to Legal Matters in Project Finance Transactions”. The lecture was given by Arthur A. Cohen, partner of Haynes and Boone, LLP. Arthur explained and deliberated the common legal matters in trans-border project finance transactions.
More than 100 employees from Poly International and its subsidiaries in Beijing, participated in this training, and President Wang Lin gave an opening remark before the training.
The lecturer shared his own insights with the audience, by illustrating the risk analysis, feasibility analysis, due diligence, and transaction structures of the typical trans-border finance transaction. Arthur also exchanged his points of views on the questions related to the business of Poly International.
The training was conducted in English, and ended up with heated discussions.
